Talk about the benefits of being a morning person.

Many friends are night owls, but I am a morning person. On most days, I go to bed at midnight or 1 .am at the latest.

I always set my alarm at 6 o'clock. I have done this for so long that I usually wake up just before the alarm goes off.

As soon as I open my eyes, I check my phone, Then I take a shower. It makes me feel alert.

I spend a few minutes drying my hair and putting on my makeup.

I eat lightly for breakfast. Some toast and fruit is more than enough.

I like to scan the news while I eat. I set off for work at 7:30.

The best thing about waking up early is that I don't feel rushed in the morning.

일찍 시작하면 쫓기는 느낌이 들지 않을꺼야.
